About Energise UK

Energise UK specialise in providing quality Home Information Packs (HIPs) Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments.

We offer a unique and bespoke Web Based Service for individuals wishing to order their own Home Information Packs, Energy Performance Certificates, or both from one supplier in an easy to use format and at a fraction of the cost on the High Street.

We also work closely with industry professionals such as Estate & Letting Agents, Landlords, Housing Associations and Housing Developers, relieving their workload to concentrate on core activities.
HOME INFORMATION PACKS FROM £199
A full complete HIP can be provided in 7 – 10 days at approximately half the price you would pay at an Estate Agent.
All Full HIP’s are “Property Codes Compliance Board” (PCCB) and HIP Code compliant.
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES FROM £60
Full Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) are available with the minimum of disruption via our qualified & accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA’s). Enquiries from Private Individuals and Property Professionals welcome.

THE CODE FOR SUSTAINABLE HOMES – ACCREDITED ASSESSORS
Energise UK are also fully accredited to carry out assessments for the Code for Sustainable Homes.
